Shipping policy

To place an order you will be asked to provide us with a valid email address, so that we can send a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. This helps you to know when your delivery will be made.

Minimum spend is £4.50, for orders of £7 and under we send by Tracked 48hr with Royal Mail and the cost of delivery is £2.70.

For orders over £7 we send by Tracked 48hr with Royal Mail and the cost of delivery is £4.95.

For orders £50 and over delivery is FREE. We send by Tracked 48hr Royal Mail for these deliveries.

Parcels are tracked to delivery point, and Royal Mail aim to deliver in two to three working days. We send your tracking via email at the bottom of your invoice.

We do not offer any discount on postage costs.

Your order will be processed within 24hrs. Unless your order is received after 11am on a Saturday, we are closed Sundays and Mondays so any orders after 11am on a Saturday will be posted on a Tuesday. Please note we are not open or do not post out on bank holidays or Christmas holidays. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Collect in store orders, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection from our Prestongate store. Please note we keep collect in store orders for two weeks only, you will receive a reminder email about your collection then given another two working days to collect. Orders will then be returned to stock and a refund given within our refund policy time scale up to 14 days.
