• The short sleeves and neckline have a small ruffle edge trimmed with lemon stitches.
• The full top section of this dress is fully smocked, it is decorated with multiple embroidered stitches. The main detailing being daisy embroidered flower heads going across the chest and up the left side, stunning.
• Fastens at the top back with shell buttons, the 12mths upwards also have a sash bow.
